Our spa shells are built using a multi-layered construction system that combines the beauty of premium acrylic surfaces from Plaskolite or Aristech with a reinforced ABS backing for added strength and structural integrity.
The shell is further strengthened with Isotec’s Acrylobond® HD ISO and POL materials, high-density structural polymers engineered to provide exceptional durability and rigidity. This advanced reinforcement delivers strength comparable to traditional fiberglass while offering a cleaner, more consistent manufacturing process with a reduced environmental impact.
