This warranty registration is for spas manufactured by QCA Spas and sold to an original consumer purchaser. To validate this warranty, the Purchaser must complete the warranty registration form below or mail it to QCA Spas Inc. within 30 days of deliver of the spa. RETURN OF THE OWNER REGISTRATION CARD IS A CONDITION OF WARRANTY COVERAGE.
